Wat ga je doen?

  • Have the knowledge of all the projects and market developments within your region;
  • Prepares commercial account plans, proposing strategies (effort, marketing, presence) to increase our market share;
  • Initiate, implement and execute winning strategy around new customers;
  • Build stronglasting relationships, maximize Howden order bookings and keep a good eye on the margin development;
  • Initiate meetings with all stakeholders, engineering, R&D, marketing and company heads to drive the business.

Howden Netherlands in Hengelo is part of Chart Industries and is the "Center of Excellence" for cooling fans, with production facilities in Europe and China. Wie ben jij?

  • Relevant Bachelor degree;
  • General technical knowledge of Industrial Markets (Oil and Gas, datacenters, HVAC preferred);
  • Experience with consultative selling methods;
  • Be able to switch between positioning (technical support), technical consultative selling, proposal consulting and making the hard sell while building strong relationships;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including an open and engaging communication style;
  • Self-starter and a Team player;
  • Ability to travel and align with different cultures;
  • Fluency in English and Dutch language skills (German language skills is nice to have).
